Niagara Media Solutions is looking for a full-time Account Executive with digital advertising sales experience to join its expanding sales team. This is a work-from-home opportunity and available to qualified Canadian-based salespersons. COMPENSATION:  Draw of $2000/month against commission, with untapped earning potential. This position has a competitive commission structure (up to 25%) with average reps making between $2500-$3500 a month. You will report to the Vice President – Sales.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As an Account Executive, your overall responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your skills in account management, new business development and sales.

 

  • Develop new business, expand your client base, and generate leads from referrals or your own prospecting knowledge base.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service & support.
  • Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are achieved by targeting clients in your region.
  • Maximize opportunities afforded by Niagara Media Solutions’ existing clients.
  • Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
  • Responding to quote requests in compliance with company procedures.
  • Use company order processing & CRM systems as per guidelines.
  • Ensure relevant information is passed to VP of Sales as and when requested.
  • Working with wider team to resolve problem orders.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Graduate of an accredited post-secondary educational institution.
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrable professional sales experience. Training is provided on all products, but we require that you be fully trained in sales techniques prior to joining our team.
  • Ability to communicate via telephone, email and video conferencing.
  • Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
  • Able to build rapport quickly over the phone or face to face.
  • You must have a properly equipped home office as this will be your base of operations. You will be responsible for any costs involved in setting up a home office if you do not presently have one. Operating from your home office will afford you several beneficial tax deductions.
