Job Description


The Accounting Clerk is self-motivated and results driven individual who will assist with all accounting functions.  It is essential as an Accounting Clerk, to be responsible to understand, and effectively process both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Brilliant at time management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experienced in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Setting high standards for service, and working with our management team to ensure that our service model is being adhered to and executed properly.

Overall expectations:

  • Responsible to enter all accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
  • Responsible to balance tills for retail.
  • Proficient in POS functions (sales, returns and post voids etc.)
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and that they are followed at all times.
  • Further enhance company culture.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • POS experience is an asset.
  • Legally able to work in Canada

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
