Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant (1 Position)

Job Description

Position:  Administrative Assistant

Location: Private Home, Niagara Falls

Status: Part-time potentially leading to full time

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drafting a variety letters, emails, and communications
  • Answering phone calls and taking detailed messages
  • Opening, dating, and properly sorting mail
  • Making reservations for hotels, flights, etc.
  • Registration for various events and memberships
  • Maintaining physical and electronic files
  • Uploading documents on various platforms
  • Completing various forms and documents
  • Paying bills (in person banking, over the phone payments, online payments, ect.)
  • Running various errands
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
  • Other duties as assigned and required by management

Qualifications:

  • One year of office administration experience required
  • Driver’s licence and own vehicle required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills a must
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills – the ability to co-ordinate multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritise your work load appropriately
  • Diploma in office administration an asset

Wages depend on experience and qualifications.

Starting Date: Immediately
