Full-Time Assistant Restaurant Manager (1 Position)
Job Description
Niagara Clifton Restaurant is currently seeking to fill the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be a dynamic leader whose vision inspires their team and creates a memorable dining experience. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, you will assist with Front of House operations. This Supervisor-level role will ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests by maintaining the highest standards for service and quality.
Start Time: March 2020
Shifts: Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays
Compensation: Competitive to industry standard

What you’ll do:
- Assist and lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant;
- Lead by example and create a fun, professional and excellence driven environment;
- Provide exemplary customer service to guests;
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are tended to including POS systems and balancing daily / nightly cash drawers;
- Responsible for quality assurance of products; and
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation and maintenance of designated areas.
You will succeed in this role if you possess:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills;
- 2+ years of restaurant experience, with management experience preferred;
- Proven ability to perform under pressure;
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills;
- Minimum High School diploma or GED, College diploma a definite asset; and
- Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
