Complete minor service repairs for Tarion warranty and kept an up to date spread sheet of outstanding and completed items
Perform electrical and low voltage system walk-throughs with Buyers and
deliver documentation to Office for lot file.
Conduct a pre-drywall review of all electrical-Low-Voltage-Vac-Security installations
and make corrections where needed
In concert with site labourers, maintain all safety rails, stairs fire ext., and install
temporary drains to divert water until landscaping is complete.
Install temp stairs and railings at each home under construction.
Protect exterior thresholds front door garage rear doors.
Protect finished concrete work stairs and railings.
Conduct Pre-delivery inspections with Project Manager and correct all deficiencies
identified in the walk through
Inspect the following on completion and notify Project Manager
– concrete work porches, exterior steps & walkways
– exterior siding, caulking and aluminum work
– caps on sanitary and storm access
-caps and gravel in window wells
Qualifications
Experience in making repairs to homes including trim work, painting, drywall
and paint touch ups
Strong organization skills
Proficiency in excel, word and computers. Familiarity with UDA or other construction management systems a plus.
Good communicator, multi tasker and team player.
You must have most tools and have proper transportation for yourself and your tools to jobs sites.
