Details
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will:
- provide guidance and support to customers
- use the Kanetix transaction database to locate and transfer the client’s quotation(s) to the chosen insurance supplier
- provide clients with a ‘warm transfer’ to insurance carriers or intermediaries
- document each customer contact and update the Kanetix customer management system
- work collaboratively with the insurance carriers to satisfy the client’s needs
Our next ideal team member will:
- have previous call-centre or customer service experience
- have an interest in the insurance industry
- be comfortable with technology and constant change
- be comfortable and proficient with PC tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word,…) and the Internet
- work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and French
