Details
As a Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador you will:
- provide guidance and support to customers
- use the Kanetixtransaction database to locate and transfer the client’s quotation(s) to the chosen insurance supplier
- provide clients with a ‘warm transfer’ to insurance carriers or intermediaries
- document each customer contact and update the Kanetixcustomer management system
- work collaboratively with the insurance carriers to satisfy the client’s needs
Our next ideal team member will:
- Have previous call-centre or customer service experience
- Have an interest in the insurance industry
- Be comfortable with technology and constant change
- Be comfortable and proficient with PC tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word,…) and the Internet
- Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English and French
The compensation package consists of a competitive salary, benefits, and monthly transfer bonus.
