Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a team of bilingual, service-minded individuals for a long term project/assignment with one of our clients in St. Catharines. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering flexible scheduling options, a competitive wage, incentives and thorough project specific training.

Duties include:

• Providing detailed QuickBooks software trouble shooting for small business owners (extensive training provided)
• Working closely with small business owners via inbound calls and occasional live chats

Hourly Wage: $16.50

Hours: Monday to Friday only *no weekends* Structured 4 week training, and then flexible staggered schedule options once you start

Are you qualified:

You have:

• The ability to write and speak fluently in French
• An interest/experience in accounting and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks as asset but not required)
• A client focused mind set with the desire to help others
• Previous call centre experience with inbound calls
• High school Diploma (some post-secondary considered as asset)
