Full-Time Cashier
Job Description
New York News is a locally owned and operated convenience store located in the heart of the Niagara Falls tourist district.
We are currently looking for 2 enthusiastic individuals (1 full-time and 1 part-time) to fulfill the role of a cashier at this fast paced tourist convenience store.
Duties will include:
-Processing purchases in a timely fashion
-Lottery & Tobacco Sales (Minimum age 19 years old)
-Handling of food (Food Handling required or willing to get at store’s expense)
-Stocking Shelves
-Greeting customers and offering assistance when necessary
-Maintaining a clean store environment
-Two years previous experience as a cashier is required.

Salary: $15.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
Plexiglass is installed at the cash register and the option to wear a mask is available as well as hand sanitizer.
