Coordinator, Client Services
The primary role of the Coordinator, Client Services is to provide support & administrative services for clients, volunteers, Board of Directors, and community partners.
The qualifications required of this position include but are not limited to:
- Post Secondary Education and employment experience in a related field; ideally social services, voluntary sector, small business
- A commitment to person-centred service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent organizational skills & record keeping ability
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & social media
- Willingness to participate in training & skill enhancement opportunities
- Willingness to complete a Criminal Record Check
- Knowledge of the voluntary and social services in Pelham and the Niagara Region would be an asset
- Part Time: (Approx 12 – 25 hours – Monday – Friday, occasional evening or week-end)
Wages commensurate with qualifications and experience.
