Contract Customer Service Representative (1 Position)
Job Description
A three-month contract position (with mutual option to extend) as a Customer Service Representative is available at Kaumeyer Paper Limited (established in 1929) in Thorold, Ontario.
Primary responsibilities include daily interaction with our loyal customers by phone, email or in person, processing orders and ensuring they get their products or needs met in a timely fashion. Excellent communication skills and phone manner is an absolute necessity.
The ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment is key and the successful candidate should also work well in a “team” environment and have effective communication skills.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS –
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone manner and the ability to work well in a team environment but must also have the ability to be proactive and make fast decisions when necessary
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
– Customer service oriented personality a necessity
– Past experience in customer service is an asset
WORK SCHEDULE –
– Tuesday through Friday 9:00am until 3:30pm (w/half hour unpaid lunch). We can be slightly flexible with this schedule
– 24 hours per week
WAGES –
– $17.00/hour

Delivery is provided with a modern fleet of distinctive grey-coloured, company-owned trucks, with our regular trading territory beginning in Fort Erie and stretching through the Niagara Region right into the Toronto Metropolitan area.
