In this role you will provide best in class customer service as you field incoming calls. You’ll answer questions and help out by problem solving, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Are you great at actively listening to customers, determining their needs and helping to resolve their issues effectively?

6 Months Customer Service Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
