Full-Time Farm Labourer (2 Positions)
Job Description
We have 2 Farm Labourer positions available.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

- Physically Demanding
- Bending, Crouching, Kneeling, Walking and Standing for extended periods
- Combination of sitting, standing and walking.
Transportation/Travel Information
- Our farm has additional growing fields where employees will be planting and harvesting our crops.
Equipment and Machinery Experience - Seed drill
- Planting equipment
- Tractor
- Manure Spreader
- Fertilizer applicator
- Haying Equipment, sprayer or duster.
Specific Skills
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Fertilize and spray crops
- Harvest crops
- Feed and tend to animals
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Examine produce for quality and prepare for market – No prior experience needed.
Work Site Environment
- Outdoors, At heights, wet/damp, noisy, odor, dusty, hot
Education
- No Degree, certificate or diploma is required.
Salary is $16.55/hour
