Full-Time First Aid/Guest Services Associate (1 Position)

Description in brief
Experience in Guest service is a must. Standard First Aid Level A and Level C, CPR & AED required. Assisting in event set-up and tear down, learn Attractions procedures and assist when needed. Survey guests, greet Guests and provide excellent Guest Experiences. Help maintain a clean park. Attending First Aid calls and other Codes can becomes a regular part of the day in peak season. Knowledge of the park would be beneficial to this position but not required. Working outdoors is our game. Adaptability in all weather is a must.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Standard First Aid Level A&C required
- Experience in First Aid min 1 year
- Open and close all attractions on scheduled days
- Support Attractions staff when area’s are busy or lined up
- Assist Operations in closing the park as a whole when directed
- Conduct Survey’s with Guests
- Help maintain a clean park by assisting grounds on days need
- Follow through with Safari Niagara Customer Service Standards
- Attend all First Aid calls
- Assist on Event days with duties assigned
- Assist in set up/teardown for Events or Picnics
- Report Directly to Operations Manager
