Come and help lead our incredible Food & Beverage team at Queen’s Landing, a CAA/AAA 4-diamond award winning oasis of modern luxury in Niagara-on-the-Lake! Situated just minutes from beautiful downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, Queen’s Landing offers modern amenities combined with the bountiful splendor of the Niagara Region. Queen’s Landing also boasts the Tiara Restaurant, which offers guests the opportunity to experience fine-dining while overlooking the Niagara-on-the-Lake harbour.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all staff and services in the food & beverage outlets and to ensure that the highest quality service is given consistently at all times. We want guests to receive an experience that is truly memorable, exceptional, and like no other, and we need you to help lead our team to do this!
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Hotel and Restaurant Manager Course.
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ in a fine dining management capacity.
- Ability to recognize and respect customer and team member confidentiality.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Experience working with Maestro would be considered an asset.
- A valid Smart Serve certificate.
