Job Description
Position Summary: Ensures Food and Beverage is expedited from the Kitchen and delivered to tables in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
- Cleans and resets tables.
- Provides water to Guests as required.
- Restocks silver, china, and linen.
- Sets room(s) for next shift.
- Maintains close contact with the server.
- Keeps everything clean and ready throughout dinner service.
- Assists in buffet setup, tear-down and maintenance as required.
- Expediting Food from the kitchen to designated tables
Technical/Managerial/Administration Requirements:
- 2 Years experience as a busser/server in a Hotel Restaurant atmosphere would be an asset
- Good communication skills.
- Works well with others.
- Works well in a fast paced environment.
