Seasonal Food Services Line Cook (1-5 Positions)

Job Description

Food Services Line Cook has experience using deep fryers, rotisserie ovens, open grill and steamers.  Food Service Line cook reports directly to the Food Service Team Leader.

DUTIES

  • Receive, store, prepare, and serve all food
  • Maintain a clean work area following all Health and Safety Regulations

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in operating of kitchen equipment in the fast food industry.
  • A Safe Food Handling Certificate.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety, all regulations concerning the preparation and serving of food.
  • Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Understands the importance of teamwork and treats all team members with respect
