Job Description
The successful Front Desk/Reservations Agent candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a hospitable personality and possess a natural talent and love for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with a positive and friendly attitude
Meet and exceed guests’ expectations
Register guests in a timely and efficient manner
Selling services and products
Be familiar with cancellation & refund policy
Data entry of guest registration information
Answers phone calls
Assists customers in planning and booking reservations.
Process payments and send the details and confirmation to the guest
Maintains schedules and reservation records
Filing guest records
Describes details of services to visitors
Must have own transportation
