Job Description

Great Fort Erie employer is seeking to hire full time team members.

Wage: DOE

Duties:

Interpret blueprints, select tooling, and determine best processes according to blueprints, customer specifications, and work instructions.
Operate various hand tools, a variety of air tools including air rivet guns, pump cart and shrink rapper, light assembly, bench and die grinders, utility knives, and clamps.
Remove temporary bolts or fasteners and insert rivets in pre drilled holes.
Rivet together adjoining edges of parts and assemblies.
Drill and ream rivet holes and drill out defective rivets.
May align and assemble parts to be riveted, using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners. May buck rivets.
Use silicon to seal seams.
Perform job in safe manner following all procedures and safety rules.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Complete tasks from start to finish in allotted time with high quality.
Work with Lead Hand / Production Supervisor to understand flow and use of material.
Must be familiar with all aspects of the assembly process.
Report identified quality issues.
All other related duties as required.
