Full-Time General Labourers (Multiple Positions)
Job Description
Local Welland employer is looking to hire General Labourers.
The incumbents will be responsible for assisting with installation of rubber overlays and stone work within the Niagara Region. The successful candidate will have proven general labour skills, ability to work as a team and professionalism. This position is full time. The incumbents wage will be depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct reporting to the Owner
- Experience with rubber overlays preferred but not required
- Install of stone and rubber outdoor ground cover
- Own transportation with clean driving record
- must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs all day long
- Maintain professionalism and superior customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring health & safety is adhered to
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with coworkers and managers
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and coworkers
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be insurable do drive company vehicles
- Must have a valid driver’s licence
- Physically fit, able to stand, bend, crouch and lift while carrying objects of varying weights
- Clean and neat in appearance
- Team player with cooperative attitude
