Enjoy your summer as you work in an outdoor environment as a part of a fun and dynamic team! Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing fast and friendly genuine hospitality that exceeds Guest expectations. Provides Guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in/check-out process and throughout their stay Maximizes revenue by promoting campground facilities and services while adhering to company policies and standards. Ensures that all work is accurate, through and to the highest standard in a fast-paced environment. Work well in a team environment and foster trust and co-operation among fellow team members Facilitate and help in the coordination of an ‘industry best’ activity experience program that creates value for Guests and offers a balance of engaging, unique, memorable and compelling activities for all age groups. Must be able to engage and involve Guests in a variety of programs and convey a sense of fun and enthusiasm to participants

Days of work: Varies to needs Hours of work: 30-40 hours Shift work may be required

Job Requirements

Must be Guest Service focused and create a positive campground image in every interaction with internal and external customers positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential. Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and be able to work independently Must possess strong organization time management skills and attention to detail Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results Must be comfortable with use of technology and cash handling and be able to develop/update skills and knowledge to reflect technology or work requirements Be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests. Interact with team- members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication Other assets: First Aid or CPR, Smart serve, food handling, bilingual
Must be able to work holidays and holiday weekends from May to October and work a flexible schedule between 7am-12am all week, Uniform is required to be purchased and worn Must participate in employer sponsored workshops and training programs
