Job Description

We are seeking to employ a full-time handyman in the Niagara region who can maintain commercial buildings, including (but not limited to):

• painting
• small repairing/hanging drywall
• applying molding, baseboards, etc.
• small framing/carpentry
• simple electric and plumbing
• basic landscaping & maintenance 

The ideal candidate will: 

• be trustworthy, reliable, and have a good attitude
• have experience in general maintenance
• be able to lift heavy weights
• must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• be skilled with all hand and power tools
• be neat and organized
• have excellent communication skills
• have a clear police check
