I CAN -T.E.R. is offering a 13 week (402 hr.) theoretical and practical Agricultural Apprenticeship – Horse Groom 600H funded and approved by the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities (MTCU). Topics of study include: Horse History Psychology & Behavior, Horse Handling & Safety, Stable Management, Tack & Equipment, Grooming, Breeds, Conformation, Hoof Care, Equine First Aid, Feeds & Nutrition, Equine Dentistry, Systems, Round Penning, Lunging Techniques, Trailering and much more! Require Grade 12 education completion, all ages welcome!
Program runs Monday-Friday 930am-330pm Starting: April 1st, 2019 Located: I CAN-T.E.R.
