Position Summary: Sitel is seeking Customer Service Associates and Technical Support Specialists to join our contact center team.

As a Customer Service Associate, you are the first contact for our clients’ customer base. The inbound calls can be related to billing concerns, adding and changing services or account inquiries, just to name a few. You will present additional or upgraded service opportunities on every call to customers and complete the service order.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide troubleshooting assistance for installation, and use of new and current products. You will present additional or upgraded service opportunities on every call to customers and complete the service order.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Ability to type 30 wpm+
