Full-Time Junior Associate Maintenance/houseman (1 Position)
Job Description
general building maintenance (changing light bulbs, clearing drains, garbage removal, painting etc)
*conference room set up/ take down
*Performing preventative maintenance.
* moving of conference equipment as needed (folding tables, chairs)
*some seasonal snow removal
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Valid Ontario drivers licence
