We are currently accepting applications for an EXPERIENCED LINE COOK. This is a full time position. Wages will be negotiated, based on experience and performance.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a fast-paced position that involves food preparation, cooking, kitchen maintenance, and inventory control. The primary responsibility of this position is the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and other stations or areas of the kitchen. This includes setting up kitchen stations according to restaurant guidelines; preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner; and following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
As the successful candidate, you will thrive in fast paced environments and are able to work effectively under pressure. You have a working knowledge in the safe and sanitary handling of food. Working in a team environment is one of your strengths. You are self-motivated, flexible, and have a strong commitment to the quality of your service. Full training will be provided.
