We are a family owned business in Crystal Beach for 17 years with an eclectic menu, which is forever changing

Have the ability to demonstrate a complete knowledge of the menu
Follow the prep list created by the head cook
Able to follow recipes
Maintain clean environment to comply with Food Safety Standards
Maintain good portion control
Communicate well with co-workers
Monitor Stations , food Safety, filling and maintaining daily foods, storing and rotation
Some experience in Grilling, Frying and Cooking with confidence
Able to multitask and work in a fast pasted environment
Able to laugh and have fun!
