Full-Time Live In Superintendent Couple (1 Position)
Job Description
LIVE-IN SUPERINTENDENT COUPLE
“Live-in superintendent couple required for luxury condominium located in St. Catharines. In addition to being responsible for the day to day operations, maintenance and cleaning of the building common areas the incumbent will monitor the work of contractors and provide excellent customer service as required. Relevant experience is important as is a friendly and customer-service oriented attitude.
The right candidates should:
- Have a minimum of Grade 12 education
- Be computer literate
- Have a professional and neat appearance
- Strong work ethic
- Be able to communicate confidently both written and verbal in English
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
- Able to provide a clean and clear police check
- Able to provide a minimum of three references of which at least two are previous employers
- Willing and able to work with the management team
- Responsible for after-hour emergency calls
- Pool maintenance experience
The building superintendents are provided with a two bedroom unit, compensation package with benefit costs coverage.
