The Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority operates the Peace Bridge, a public benefit corporation governed by a bi-national Board of Directors and chartered by New York State, with consent of the United States Congress, and the Federal Government of Canada. Our mission is to be known as the premier Canada-United States international border crossing, providing excellence in customer service and an effective conduit for trade and tourism. We are the second largest border crossing between the United States and Canada with approximately six million vehicles crossing the border on an annual basis.

We are currently recruiting for 1- Canadian Full Time Temporary Maintenance position.
If you have a minimum education of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of one (1) year grounds and basic building maintenance experience we would like to hear from you. Relevant post-secondary education is preferred.
This full time temporary position offers a rate of $14.00 per hour. Shifts are Monday to Sunday with variable shifts: days, afternoons and midnights (including holidays) to support a 24/7 operation, forty (40) hours per week. Safety shoe allowance and free uniforms are provided.
This position is conditional upon and maintenance of a valid driver’s license, international border crossing security clearance through border agencies, passport or enhanced driver’s license and a Nexus trusted traveler card (ability to acquire a Nexus card if not currently enrolled in the Nexus program).
