Job Details
- Data Entry into insurance company computer systems
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handling incoming service calls, assisting clients with accounts
- Learning the insurance industry
Qualifications and attributes.
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong Telephone / Communication Skills
- Customer focused Attitude
- Experience in an office or customer service setting an asset
- RIBO License an asset but not required
