Job Gym is currently recruiting an experienced, customer-centric Office Assistant on behalf of a well-established and reputable financial management firm. This full time opportunity offers a fantastic schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm and a competitive compensation rate with bonus options.
Position Objective:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer care, performing a variety of clerical tasks and ensuring office processes function efficiently. This includes managing reception; preparing correspondence, reports, statements and other material; processing forms and documents; operating office equipment and maintaining filing system. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to handle highly confidential information regarding sensitive material.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an aptitude to easily develop rapport with customers and business contacts
- Demonstrated ability and experience of handling an administrative role in small office environments
- An intermediate level of computer skills focusing on Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum of Grade 12 diploma, however relevant post-secondary education is preferred
- Trustworthy, reliable, motivated and confident
- Previous experience in the financial industry or sales sector is an asset
