Part-Time Part-Time Custodian (Temporary Contract, 4-6 months) (1 Position)

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Part-Time Custodian (Temporary Contract, 4-6 months) to work 22.5 hours per week, 7 AM to 11 AM Monday to Thursdays, 7 AM to 1:30 PM Fridays.

Duties:

The Custodian will report to the Property Manager and will be responsible for duties such as, but not limited to office cleaning, mopping floors and vacuuming carpets, garbage removal, and office yard maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• CSA Approved Safety Footwear
• Valid ‘G’ Driver’s Licens with $1 Millian Personal Liabaility Insurance (upon hire)
• MOL Workers Health and Safety Awareness Certificate (upon hire)
• AODA Certificate (upon hire)
• Driver’s Abstract (upon hire)
