Job Description
Chisholm Machinery Solutions is a supplier of industrial equipment to Canadian food processors. We have an opening for a Parts Sales Manager based out of our Niagara Falls, Ontario office.
Responsibilities
Daily contact with customers and suppliers by email/phone to provide pricing and availability of parts to our customer base;
Responsible for parts pricing on customer invoices;
Manage parts repair programs;
Handle defective parts and warranty issues;
Maintain a small inventory of parts;
Develop and grow our parts sales business;
Back-up for Shipping Dept. as needed.
Skills and Specifications
Good interpersonal and written skills;
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers;
Must have the ability to work independently;
Computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook;
Knowledge of freight and customs import/export.
Qualification
Completion of secondary education. College diploma would be an asset;
Bilingual (English/French) candidate preferred, for communication with our Quebec based customers;
Familiarity with parts and service of industrial equipment;
Possess a valid Canadian passport.
Salary
Commensurate with experience.
