Job Description
Job Gym is currently assisting a local company to recruit a Personal Support Worker. This is a part-time position offering between 10 – 25 hours per week, with opportunity to move to full time. This opportunity requires availability for shift work including split shifts, weekends and days. Wages are $16.00 per hour. The company is based out of Port Colborne however work locations will vary throughout the Niagara Region.
Duties:
- Provide care in private residences, retirement homes and hospitals
Requirements:
- Must have a PSW Certificate
- Must be available for all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others
- Flexible to work in various locations, with different clients
- Diver’s licence and vehicle
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or able to obtain certification shortly after hire
