AGTA Home Healthcare Hamilton-Niagara is currently looking for talented and client-focused Personal Support Workers in the Fort Erie, ON and surrounding area’s.

Job Duties

• Provide personal care for clients including all activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Communicates effectively with clients and care coordinators
• Observes and reports changes in the clients status
• Provide ongoing emotional support while caring for their needs

Job Requirements

• Have reliable transportation
• Personal Support Worker Certificate, 1 year Nursing Diploma or International Nursing Diploma
• CPR Certificate
• Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
• Experience working in the community as a certified PSW is an asset
