We currently have photo operations at Hornblower Niagara Cruises, Journey Behind the Falls, the Table Rock Centre, Niagara’s Fury, the Butterfly Conservatory, the White Water Walk, and the Whirlpool Aero Car.

*Please note that this is a seasonal position. which will run until approximately October/November (sometimes December, depending on the attraction hired for)

Pay Rate: $14.25 per hour

Weekly Hours: There are multiple full-time (4 shifts, occasionally 5 during peak periods if needed) openings available for this position. Shifts are typically 8-8 1/2 hours long. Candidates should have relatively flexible availability to work a variety of opening/mid/closing shifts on both weekdays and weekends.

Position Overview: The Photo Capture Associate works in the photo capture area and is the first person that guests encounter at Digital Attractions as they approach their intended attraction. Photo Capture Associates work between two areas: staff that are positioned to greet guests manage, direct and organize them as they stream toward the photo capture area; staff positioned on the camera create a positive guest experience while capturing the guests’ photos.

Reports to: Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and pleasant acknowledgement as they approach the photo capture area
• Direct guests to the available capture area and organize the guest(s) for their photo
• Guide tour groups to the tour capture area or, if requested by the tour group leader, through the alternate bypass
• Keep lines moving quickly and efficiently
• Take a quick and quality image of guests
• Follow trained procedures on operation of equipment
• Monitor the quality of the photos and capture a re-take if necessary
• Hand guests their photo claim ticket so they can view their photo after the attraction
• Look after and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in working order
• Keep the area clean and tidy
• Perform additional duties as directed by Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager
