Full-Time Receptionist/Bookkeeper (1 Position)
Job Description
Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced receptionist/bookkeeper candidate to join their team.
Job Responsibilites:
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling appointments.
- fling and organizing paperwork.
- Keeping financial records and maintaining various accounts.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
- Data Entry
Shifts: Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 4pm
