Job Description
The successful Retail Sales Agent candidate will maintain constant interaction with guests to recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Share knowledge of current sales and promotions to encourage sales.
Responsibilities
Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess the needs of our customers and provide assistance and information on product features.
Go the “extra mile” to drive sales.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
Actively seek out customers in store.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Cross sell products.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Must have own transportation.
