A Day in the Life of a Spa Attendant
Spa Attendant is one of the most fundamental positions within the entire Spa. At Vintage Hotels, we strive to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences to all of our Guests, and that begins with an impeccable first impression. How do we give amazing first impressions? By ensuring the Spa is kept clean at all times!
To be a successful Spa Attendant, you don’t just need a passion for delivering amazing Guest experiences, or an immaculate eye for details, or prior experience cleaning in a Hospitality setting. What you also need is to be friendly. You need to be adaptable. And you need to be a successful multitasker. You need to come to work with the mentality that no day is ever going to be the same. We have different Guests each day, which means no day (or even hour!) is ever the same in the Spa.
Working as a Spa Attendant comes with a wide array of daily tasks, namely:
- Sweeping and mopping Spa floors.
- Cleaning sinks, toilets, sauna, and shower areas.
- Dusting lockers and gym equipment.
- Picking up garbage and emptying garbage cans.
- Ensuring the tea and water station is fully stocked at all times.
- Ensuring that all laundry items are washed, dried and folded and fully stocked into cupboards.
