Job Description
Job Gym is currently recruiting Special Events/Communications Officer candidates on behalf of a well-established organization, operating in Niagara Falls.
Role:
The Special Events/Communications Officer will be responsible for aspects of planning, arranging, marketing, selling, undertaking, communicating, providing follow-up and assessing special events undertaken by the organization in multiple South Niagara markets. The role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, selling, analyzing and evaluating to ensure the organization’s objectives are achieved. The effective management of the organization’s website and social media is an element of this role.
Hours:
Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. There will be events that will be held before or after office hours.
Compensation:
The Special Events/Communications Officer will be compensated with an hourly rate of $17.00.
