Job Gym is currently recruiting Supervisor candidates on behalf of ServiceMaster Clean. This is a full time opportunity. Rate of pay will be discussed at the upon hiring

For over 14 years, ServiceMaster Clean of Niagara has provided area businesses with top quality Janitorial and Commercial specialty cleaning services.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening
  • Must have good interpersonal attributes. The supervisor must be someone that gets along easily with people and approachable
  • Must be outstanding when it comes to organization and coordination of both cleaners and their activities
  • Excellent decision-making ability is required
  • Must be proactive in the line of duty
  • Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, and most importantly, lead a team
  • Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles
  • Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
  • Hiring, training new employees
  • Must be able to provide a G Licence, a clean Driver’s Abstract and a Police Clearance
