Here are the Details
You will:
- answer technical related incoming calls from customers
- resolve customer inquiries/requests
- develop and maintain accurate files
- ensure customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you’ll answer incoming calls and help people out with issues on their personal devices. It could be a simple password reset, or something more complex that will require your excellent problem-solving skills. But don’t worry, our team of trainers, team leaders and management have your back.

- 6 months of customer service experience
