Network Systems Solutions is looking to hire a P/T Technical Sales Rep (work from home). Please see below for listing details.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiar with GTA as may be required to do on-site client presentation (mileage paid)
• Possesses knowledge of wireless routers, access points, switches and the ability to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
• Demonstrates an understanding of effective selling methods.
• Have a working knowledge and complete understanding of how to process orders, quotes, credits, and backorders on the computer.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
• Be energetic and self-motivated.
• Maintain a business-like manner at all times.
• 1 year of outside sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
Hours of work:
A commitment of 2x per week, either day from M-F
Flexibility allowed
Perfect for IT / Computer Network Students. Semi-retired/retired sales or IT professional, sales freelancers and Stay-at-home-moms with Sales or IT background
Duties:
• Develop new customer accounts by cold-calling various locations within the designated areas.
• Establish systematic customer contact to provide information about new equipment according to an approved schedule in consultation with the Sales & Marketing Manager
• Visit and support new customer accounts.
• Understand and implement marketing programs for the full range of products carried by Network Systems Solutions Canada Inc.
• Maintain sales volume and gross profit level at budgeted levels or better
• Visit customers on-site to assist in troubleshooting, address concerns, and follow up on the progress of the job.
• Maintain records of sales, customer information, and requests through CRM.
• Attend tradeshows and networking events
• Perform other duties as assigned or as required.
