Student Thanksgiving Festival (Multiple Positions)

Job Description

The 45th Ball’s Falls Thanksgiving Festival will be held Friday, October 11 through Monday, October 14. The NPCA is looking employ a number of students to assist in the successful implementation of the Thanksgiving Festival.

Positions required for the event include:

  • Parking
  • Maintenance
  • Gate Cashiers
  • Guides/Tours
  • Recycling Team

Please note the following:

  • Positions will pay $14/hr
  • Employees scheduled to work on the statutory holiday (Thanksgiving Monday) will be paid one and one halftime the regular rate of pay for each hour worked.
  • Employees will also be entitled to 4% vacation pay.
  • Hours of work: 8 – 10 hours/day, as notified in advance.
  • The NPCA will provide complimentary coffee and lunch.
  • Attendance on all four days is preferred.
