Full-Time Web and Graphic Designer (1 Position)
Job Description
We need an experienced Web and Graphic Designer. You will design new user interfaces, visually appealing ads, images and graphic work for our website, web applications, email campaigns, social media channels, etc. that meet corporate brand standards. In this role you will be a member of the Marketing Department.
Web and Application Design: (80%)
• Effectively design new user interfaces (UI) for WordPress sites and web applications, understanding the importance of creating simple but attractive UI’s
• Ability to wireframe stunning frontend design work, including creating visual mockups for static and dynamic pages
• Work closely with a cross-functional, Agile team that includes sales, marketing and product owners to create simple, easy-to-use websites and web applications
• Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and product owners
• Quickly complete layout adjustments based on user feedback from alpha and beta testers
• Brainstorm, research, design and refine user experiences within tight deadlines
• Develop site designs by coordinating with product owners and ensure final output matches the intended visual conceptual design
• Solid understanding and use of HTML structures (Layers, Frames, Tables, Forms, SSI, CSS)
• Can easily build a WordPress website from scratch or edit code on a site to improve conversion rate, make responsive or reduce site speed
Graphic Design: (20%)
• Design visually engaging, interactive experiences including the selection or creation of imagery and animation
• Responsible for ad creative, graphics, and web development for our marketing team to help drive leads into the sales funnel
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) for various applications
• You are comfortable creating digital, conceptual proofs for marketing to demonstrate how the final project or website will look
• You understand the importance of corporate and product branding along with message consistency, with ability to create style guidelines that can be easily followed by anyone
• Use documentation to streamline future processes and tasks by recording procedures
• Design graphics that highlight Clickback’s story, maximize audience engagement, and increase awareness, in some cases with tight timelines
• Have ability to redesign layout of our software’s User Guides working with our Customer Success Team
What You Will Need:
• Hold a Degree or have strong working knowledge in user interface (UI) and Graphic Design
• Minimum 5+ years of graphic and web design experience preferably for business products and/or on a marketing team
• Minimum 5+ years of experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Outstanding knowledge of WordPress
• Strong previous experience creating and implementing newly designed UI or look and feel for
websites, web applications, games, SaaS, etc.
• Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud – specifically InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator,
Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Professional
• Can communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. technical developers, business leaders,
and users.
• Please note that we work in a PC environment and not MAC
What Would Be An Asset:
• Prior experience with LeanKit or HubSpot
• Experience with Visual Studio Master Pages
• Proven track record learning web-based software
• Previous experience with Telerik and Syncfusion UI components
• Previous experience working in a B2B industry
