Job Description

We are in search of an Accounting Clerk / Office Assistant.  Responsibilities will include: Accounts receivable and collections, order entry, assistance with shipping & receiving, reception and other general office duties.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position with an immediate start date.

Ideally, the candidate should be bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French).

The following qualifications are required to be considered for this position:

  • Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks software and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and passport
