Full-Time Administration Assistant (1 Position)

Job Description

Looking for and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. (This is a contract position to cover for maternity leave with the chance of becoming a permanent position).

Candidates must have previous experience with the following:

  • Perform sales over the phone and generate sales leads
  • Administrative work, including reporting on sales, placing and reviewing orders, invoicing
  • MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Experience using SAGE, ZOHO or any other similar system
  • Marketing and promotion
  • Managing social media platforms

We are seeking to hire a candidate who is detail-oriented, has the ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
