The office of Griffiths Performance Physiotherapy is excited to extend a new opportunity within their office team!

At Griffiths Performance, we train everyone from teenage athletes to Olympians. Our clients vary from professional competitors to weekend warriors looking to get back to their morning runs, to teenage athletes just itching to get back out on the ice!  Whether our clients’ pain is caused by an old injury or a new one, the end result is still the same. At Griffiths Performance Physiotherapy not only do we diagnose and treat injuries but we show our clients how to move in ways that will reduce the risk of a repeat injury and allow them to perform better.

We are a versatile, forward thinking business. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we successfully pivoted our services to support clients online as well as in person!  We are a Certified Living Wage employer, offering stable employment in a family run atmosphere.

 

We are looking for like-minded candidates who value a health centred lifestyle, are adept at creating positive relationships with clientele built on trust, friendliness and confidentiality. Additionally, this team member will possess computer skills with an ability to learn new software programs.  The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about and experienced in various social media platforms and email list programs. Instagram is a must! Individuals proficient in upselling and sales, would be a welcomed addition to our team. If you are creative, task oriented and a superstar on follow through, we want to hear from you!

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients coming into office and direct them to the appropriate personnel in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Provide general information in person, by phone and email
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing and copying
  • Schedule appointments, using specific software; receive payment and issue receipts for services
  • May assist clients to obtain and process personal health information required for services
  • Follow and enforce all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Create marketing content such as emails, social media posts, blogs and newsletters
  • Participate in planning and strategizing for marketing strategies
  • Learn and use new platforms as technology evolves
  • Support clinic staff in generating revenue through marketing available programs and packages

 

This position is part time and will require some evening availability up to 8pm. Opportunities for growth are available.  Candidates with medical knowledge are an asset.
