Job Description
Purpose:
The Administrative/Accounting Clerk is self-motivated and results driven individual who will assist with all accounting functions. It is essential as an Administrative /Accounting Clerk, to be responsible to understand, and effectively process accounts receivable and accounts payable.

- Brilliant at time management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experienced in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, financial reporting.
- Setting high standards for service, and working with our management team to ensure that our service model is being adhered to and executed properly.

- Ensure company policies are communicated and that they are followed at all times.

Administrative:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, spreadsheets and presentations, ordering and posting to POS, etc.
- Providing real time scheduling support by booking appointments.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite
Accounting:
- Provide accounting and clerical support
- Accurately balance cash receipts and deposits
- Accurately prepare financial reports
- Prepare general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile Accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Legally able to work in Canada
