Part-Time Administrative Assistant (1 Position)

Key Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- Covid screenings when patients visit the doctor’s office
- Contacting patients and scheduling appointments
- Answering patient phone calls
- Schedule coordination with patients
- Insurance billing
- Utilize in house computer software for patient filling
- Administrative duties and clerical reception tasks
Qualified? You have:
- Transportation for the occasional shift in Niagara Falls
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Discretion and ability to organize tasks as needed
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- 20-25 Hours per week
- Alternating Saturdays for shifts
Job Type:
- Part-time
Salary: $16.00/Hour
